GENERAL TERMS The owner of the Online Store www.laivi.ee is IAM OÜ (reg. code: 14566308; address: Pärnu mnt 154-332, Tallinn, 11317, Estonia).The Online Store sells Products owned by IAM OÜ. The conditions apply to the legal relationships that arise between the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and IAM OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) as the owner of the shopping environment located on www.laivi.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) when Products are bought from the Online Store. In addition to these conditions, the legal relationships that arise when Products are bought from the Online Store are also regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Upon making a purchase, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store and is obligated to follow them.
PRICES All prices displayed in the Online Store are given in euros (€). The prices do not include VAT because the Seller is currently trading below the VAT threshold. The prices do not include the shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified in the order sum at checkout for the Customer to review before confirming the order. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices at any time. All the changes come into effect immediately after publication. The Customer is obligated to pay the price which is in force at the time of placing the order.
PRODUCTS & PURCHASING All available Products displayed in the Online Store can be added to cart. Products marked as Out of Stock are currently unavailable. Displayed Product photos are illustrative and may differ from the actual Product. The Seller does its best to display as precise Product descriptions as possible, but despite that the Product descriptions may not be exhaustive and may contain unintended errors. The Customer selects desired Products from the Online Store and adds them to the shopping cart by clicking on the button “Add to cart“. To make a purchase, the Customer must click on the button “checkout”, after which the Customer is forwarded to the order placement page. The Customer is obligated to provide the necessary and correct information to complete the order. The Seller takes no responsibility for not being able to execute the order or any consequences that arise due to incorrect information given by the Customer during the placement of the order. Sale takes place when the Customer has paid for the order using the Online Store bank link (the order is confirmed by clicking on the button “Return to Merchant”) or made a bank transfer in accordance with the issued invoice. When the Customer has paid for the Product, the Online Store will send a confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address. The contract of sale between the Seller and Customer enters into force after the purchase price is transferred to the Seller’s bank account.
PAYMENT METHODS The Customer can pay for the order safely through Maksekeskus (Estonian bank links Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay. More information www.maksekeskus.ee) or by making a bank transfer in accordance with the issued invoice. The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s bank or credit card information.
DELIVERY The delivery is made by the Customer's chosen delivery method, i.e parcel machine, courier service or studio pick-up. The order is shipped as soon as possible, but latest within 5 workdays. The Seller takes no responsibility for delays and misunderstandings upon delivery if the delay or misunderstanding arises from incorrect information given by the Customer during the placement of the order. If the Product does not arrive in good condition and in closed packaging, the Customer is obligated to notify the Online Store, sending a corresponding e-mail to email@example.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
The Customer has the right to return their ordered Product within 14 days. The 14-day term starts with receiving the package. In order to return the Product, Customer must submit an according explanatory request to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The return Product must be without defects, unused, in its original packaging and condition. All original tags must be attached to the product. The Seller will not accept any Product with any indication of use. In such cases, the Product is returned to the Customer. In the case of returning the Product, the Seller refunds the Product price and will not compensate for the cost of delivery service related to this purchase. The Customer covers the delivery costs connected with the returning of the Product. In the case of a return, the money is returned to the Customer within 30 days after the Product is returned. The money is returned to the same bank account from where the money was paid to the Service Provider. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the contract when it is not possible to deliver the Products the Customer ordered or one or more Products the Customer ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to an error. If the order is canceled, the Customer is notified by e-mail and the Seller returns the payment as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days since the order was placed. The Seller takes no responsibility for damages occurred due to abnormal use, also for delays in delivery if this is caused by conditions the Seller could not have affect and/or which were caused by a Force Majeure.
DIFFERENCES Differences are solved in accordance to the laws valid in the Republic of Estonia. Upon failure to reach an agreement, the differences are resolved in the Tallinn County Court's Tallinna Court House. All matters not covered by the present terms are to be resolved based on the applicable legislative acts of Estonian Republic.
COPYRIGHT All the content available on the Online Store, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, video and audio clips (hereinafter referred to as the Content) is the property of the Online Store and is protected by Estonian and international copyright laws. It is not allowed to use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, modify, or otherwise exploit the Content in full or in part, for any purpose without linking the original source.
